- Cut any saddle, miter, bevel and holes

In today’s highly competitive market, companies need to squeeze every bit of profit and efficiency out of a job wherever they can. Our efficiency, turnaround and pricing will help you add profits to your job and shorten your production cycle.
For example, consider 8” pipe 4’ long with a 10” saddle cut one end and a 37-½ deg. bevel other end:
If you tackle this the traditional way, it will probably take about 1 hour to lay out and cut. That’s assuming a minimal amount of grinding time to make sure the fit is correct.
Welders who can make this cut, will run $23.00 - $25.00 / hour plus 25% payroll overhead, for a labor cost of about $30.00 / hour +/-. If you figure 20% mark up, that’s a bid price to your customer of $40 leaving a profit of $10.00.
Using our computerized plasma pipe cutter, we can do that same cut for you at approximately $15.00 - $20.00 (depending on the specs). Translate that into profits and you have either: (a) an additional profit of $20.00 - $25.00 per cut; or (b) an area of your job that you can bid thinner for a competitive pricing advantage while still giving you more profits.
